New house semi moved in.

So it’s been about a month since we moved in to our new house.. we have been super busy with Boy Scouts and Softball.. but we have managed to get some things done around the house..

The most important room in the house is my Mom Cave. It is in the front of the house and has a vaulted ceiling. Here are some before pictures of the space…

Here is what it looks like now.. still needs to be painted but it is a start..

Here is the front door area.. Kind of funky right now but I will work on it.. I am thinking of a hall tree here on the right of the door..

and the computer area.. I still need a little skirt on the computer desk to hide all the cables, the printer and eventually the computer tower and file holder too… I need to get a couple more of the cubes for paper to go next to these…oh and window treatments…

This is the front of my desk.. It's not meant to be free standing in the room so I had to hide it with this curtain. I love the way it looks.

This is my little reading nook/guest crafter area…I love being able to sit there and watch all the kids playing out side.

This is the view from my reading chair in the corner.. I love these glass jars full of seashells.

I love this room with the exception of the massive white walls… That needs to be fixed soon. I am thinking either a buttery yellow or a soft sage green.. we will see. What do you think…
